∎ Office time: 9.00am-6.00pm / 3.00pm-10.00pm
∎ Responsibility:
∎ * Ability to handle customer and to satisfy them with the service policies of the organization.
∎ * Having well manner and good behavior.
∎ * Capable to report to seniors.
∎ * Ability to understand clients needs and present solutions.
∎ * Develop and maintain strong relationship with customer through excellent service and communication.
∎ * Handle customer from website, call and facebook page.
∎ * Provide information and fullfil customer query* Other's task from office Requirements.
∎ * Good knowledge of relevant computer office.
∎ * Fluent in native Bangla.
∎ * Giving accurate feedback of queries over phone about products ask questions to understand customer requirements.
∎ * Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ * Ability to meet the target.
∎ * Handle in bound and out bound calls professionally.
