∎ Develop and maintain strong relationship with customer through excellent service and communication
∎ Handle customer from website, call and Facebook page.
∎ Provide information and Full Fil customer query
∎ Other's task from office.Requirements
∎ Good knowledge of relevant computer office
∎ Fluent in native Bangla
∎ Giving accurate feedback of queries over phone about products ask questions to understand customer requirements
∎ Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management
∎ Ability to meet the target
∎ Handle in bound and out bound calls professionally
∎ Educational requirements: HSC / Honor's 2nd,3rd,4th years
∎ Student Office time: 9.00am-6.00pm / 3.00pm-10.00pm
