Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and identify potential clients and partners.
Prepare acquisition and onboarding process for different service partners.
Service quality audit and customer survey.
Cultivate strong relationships with new clients/partners, while maintaining existing client relationships.
Work closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material and other documents as required.
Design, develop, propose, and implement strategic plans for business growth.
