Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide technical support to clients, architects, engineers, and contractors in the pre-engineered steel buildings and structures industry.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads, develop proposals, and deliver effective presentations.
∎ Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, provide technical recommendations, and ensure feasibility.
∎ Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices to provide insights for product improvements and new offerings.
∎ Prepare detailed project specifications, drawings, and cost estimates to support the sales process.
∎ Deliver technical presentations to educate clients on the benefits and technical aspects of our products.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to provide recommendations for sales strategies and product enhancements.
