Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, EEE, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in ME, EEE, Refregeration & Airconditioning, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Service Marketing
∎ Should have Good Knowledge in HVAC system.
∎ Should have good knowledge in Autocad.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
After Sales Service, HVAC, Maintenance, Pharmaceuticals, Sales & Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Having experience in Pharmaceutical HVAC & Cleanrooom process, Process machinery sales related personnel are encouraged to apply.
∎ Freshers with determination to build career in Sales are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have adequate & extensive product knowledge for Pharmaceuticals Cleanroom & HVAC system to understand the client requirements.
∎ Who can come up with new products ideas;
∎ Candidates should have ready to work in a target oriented environment;
∎ Leadership: - Manage, monitor, evaluate, mentor and enhance the performance of the sales team. Lead and motivate team to achieve target and enhance individual performance.
∎ Communication: - Communicate with the clients, know their expectations, convey it to technical and sales team for development and smooth delivery.
∎ Business Development: - Prepare sales strategy, plan, define clear requirement, budget and present concepts to clients for developing future business activities.
∎ Direction: - Define standards, guidelines and best practices in sales operations to ensure quality and productive sales.
∎ Ability to solve problems and ability to anticipate customer needs and propose solutions in Pharmaceuticals Cleanroom instrument, paneling & HVAC.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Should have good knowledge in Autocad design.
