Responsibilities & Context: Experience At least 1 year of experience is preferred. Applicants should ideally have experience in Call Centers, E-commerce, or Telesales. Freshers are also highly encouraged to apply. Additional Requirements Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and social media platforms. Strong typing proficiency in both Bengali and English is mandatory. Excellent verbal communication skills in Bangla (English is a plus). Experience in e-commerce, tele sales, or call centers is preferred but not required. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving attitude. Context As an Executive – Sales & Customer Experience, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer journey. This role requires a blend of high-level patience, persuasive sales skills, and professional coordination. Key Responsibilities: Communicating with customers via phone, social media, and other platforms regarding products, orders, and services. Providing accurate product information and building trust with customers to drive sales and meet individual/team targets. Managing online orders, confirming deliveries, and coordinating with the operations team for a smooth workflow. Handling complaints and queries professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintaining meticulous customer records, sales logs, and follow-up lists using fast typing skills. Continuously gathering customer feedback and ensuring excellent after-sales support to build long-term relationships. Workplace & Employment Status Workplace: Work at the office. Employment Status: Full-time. Working Hours: 10-hour duty (Shift-based). Salary & Benefits Salary: BDT 10,000 - 13,000 (Monthly) + Commission Festival Bonus: Applicable after 6 months of continuous service.
