Responsibilities & Context: Creative Ventures BD is seeking an organized and interpersonal HR & Admin Executive with a background in the e-commerce industry to manage our growing team and office operations. Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree (Honors) in BBA (HRM), English, or any relevant discipline. Experience (E-commerce Focus) At least 1 year of experience in HR & Admin within an E-commerce, Digital Agency, or Call Center environment is highly preferred. Understanding of e-commerce operations (Delivery coordination, Customer Support team management) is a big plus. Freshers who have a deep understanding of the digital business landscape are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Recruitment: Specifically hiring for roles like Media Buyers, Customer Care Executives, and Video Editors. Attendance & Payroll: Managing rosters and shifts for a 24/7 or extended-hour e-commerce operation. Employee Relations: Maintaining high morale in a high-pressure, target-driven sales environment. Documentation: Handling appointment letters, NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements), and official e-commerce policies. Admin Support: Ensuring the office is equipped for smooth digital operations (internet, electricity, and hardware). Additional Requirements Gender: Female. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in Bangla and English. Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (for tracking parcel-related sales incentives) and Google Workspace. Fast-Paced Mindset: Ability to adapt to the rapidly changing needs of an e-commerce agency. Workplace & Employment Status Workplace: Work at the office (Bashabo, Khilgaon).
