Responsibilities & Context: Creative Ventures BD is looking for a data-driven and creative Media Buying Officer. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive maximum ROI for our e-commerce clients. Experience Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in Media Buying (Meta Ads is a must). Experience in managing budgets for e-commerce brands is highly preferred. Freshers with exceptional certification and dummy project portfolios may apply. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management: Setting up and managing high-converting ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok. Optimization: Monitoring daily ad performance and adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to hit KPI goals (ROAS, CPA, etc.). A/B Testing: Conducting rigorous testing of ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages to find winning combinations. Reporting: Preparing detailed weekly and monthly performance reports using Ads Manager and Excel. Collaboration: Working closely with the Content and Video Production teams to brief them on high-performing "Humanized" ad creatives. Audience Research: Identifying target demographics and building custom/lookalike audiences. Technical Requirements In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and Event tracking. Strong command over MS Excel for data auditing and performance tracking. Basic understanding of the Bangladeshi e-commerce landscape and consumer psychology. Additional Requirements Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude. Ability to handle multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to explain technical results to the team or clients. Workplace & Employment Status Workplace: Work at the office (Bashabo, Khilgaon). Employment Status: Full-time.
