Responsibilities & Context: Experience At least 6 months to 1 year of experience is preferred. Freshers with a strong sense of responsibility are highly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Assisting in daily office administrative tasks and ensuring the office premises are well-maintained. Managing office supplies, inventory, and coordinating with vendors for necessary purchases. Assisting the HR and Operations team with filing, documentation, and data entry. Handling incoming and outgoing couriers, documents, or official parcels. Providing hospitality support to guests and managing internal meeting arrangements. Ensuring all office equipment (printers, AC, lights) are functioning and maintained properly. Additional Requirements Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word) and email communication. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Punctuality is mandatory; must be disciplined with office timings. Good communication skills and professional behavior. Ability to work under pressure and a "can-do" attitude. Workplace & Employment Status Workplace: Work at the office (On-site). Employment Status: Full-time. Working Hours: 10-hour duty (Shift-based). Salary & Benefits Salary: BDT 10,000 - 12,000 (Monthly). Festival Bonus: Applicable after 6 months of continuous service.
