Make outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in our IELTS programs.
Handle inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.
Clearly explain our IELTS courses, pricing, and benefits to potential students.
Guide students through the enrollment and payment process.
Maintain a daily record of calls, leads, and enrollments in a tracking system.
Follow up with interested students and ensure a high conversion rate.
Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to align enrollment strategies.
