Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Majors in marketing or business are preferred, and prior sales experience in the mobile phone or finance industry is a plus
∎ Proficient in Bengali and English (basic Chinese skills are preferred), with strong negotiation and customer maintenance abilities
∎ Familiar with the local retail market in Bangladesh
∎ Capable of visiting and serving frontline market distributors and mobile phone stores.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To serve offline partner merchants (mobile phone stores, retailers) and collaborate on promoting installment payment services
∎ To train merchants to use the installment system, resolve transaction issues, and collect feedback
∎ To assist superiors in achieving monthly service targets and analyze market dynamics of competitors.
