Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Transport Management, or related field.C

• Certification in Transport Safety / Road Safety / Defensive Driving (preferred).

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Cement Industry

• Age 28 to 32 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Fleet or Transport Safety Management, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors.

• Experience in implementing BRTA transport guidelines, ISO 45001, or similar safety management systems will be an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of transportation safety standards, BRTA compliance, and fleet risk management.

• Proficiency in accident investigation and RCA tools.

• Excellent communication and training skills for interacting with drivers and management.

• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and recommend preventive actions.

• Sound knowledge of vehicle maintenance, inspection protocols, and defensive driving principles.

• Leadership ability to influence safety behavior across multiple teams.

• Willingness to travel frequently between the factory and regional sites.

• Develop and implement standard vehicle and transport safety policies and procedures for fleet operations.
• Provide transport safety advice and interventions in compliance with BRTA rules and national transport regulations.
• Conduct risk-based assessments and devise corrective measures to ensure safe vehicle movement both on-site and off-site across all three factories.
• Deliver Transport Safety Induction Training to all newly recruited drivers, loaders, and helpers.
• Foster a transport safety leadership culture at all levels of operations.
• Conduct accident investigations, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), prepare detailed reports, and ensure implementation of corrective actions.
• Ensure accountability for preventable accidents through proper monitoring and disciplinary action where necessary.
• Ensure all active drivers are trained, certified, and fully compliant with all transportation safety rules and regulations with zero tolerance for violations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of all systems, procedures, and vehicle operations.
• Organize and facilitate safety training and awareness programs for drivers, loaders, and related staff.
• Monitor safety performance indicators, prepare periodic reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
