Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering, Diploma in Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Frequently site visit to check the safety status of the projects
∎ Regular reporting to the concerned project-in-charges (Site Engineer) and the department head.
∎ Take immediate steps to create awareness among the site people who found ignorant about their safety hazard
∎ Promote and ensure the execution of the health and safety protocols set by company.
∎ Innovate or re-engineering safety protocols and source safety tools
∎ Working as a bridge between the site and the corporate office regarding the health and safety issues of all the projects
∎ Conduct Safety awareness training in the project in every day morning before starting the construction work.
∎ Enforce the company safety rules and regulations at site
∎ Conduct safety inspection of work areas to ensure safe working conditions
∎ Ensure that work activities on site is subjected to hazard identification and risk assessment process
∎ Monitor safety performance on site
∎ Investigate incidents (accidents, near misses, emergencies) and submit full report to concerned persons.
∎ Provide safety talks to site supervisors, foremen and workers
∎ Inspect company's equipment in coordination with supervisors/foremen on site to ensure safe working condition
∎ Ensure that sufficient barricades and warning signs are provided in areas where lifting operations is being done.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Expert in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
∎ Good in English
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Good presentation skill
∎ Should be able to ride Motor-bike
∎ Experiences in the same field will get privilege
∎ Able to work in adverse weather situation
∎ Knowledgeable about Bangladesh Labor Act.
