∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Advice the Management and non-Management, contractors Team in all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment matters.
∎ Assist the Site in development of project plan to deliver site SHE objectives
∎ Initiate and lead Safety, Health and Environment projects to assist in delivery of Site.
∎ Assist in identifying SHE risk assessment process ensuring risks are identified and control measures implemented proactively to reduce risks of accidents and incidents.
∎ Assist in Managing an effective audit program to identify non-compliance and action for continuous improvement.
∎ Assist in Incident Investigation team ensuring identification of root causes for major incidents.
∎ Develop and implement communication systems to ensure optimum awareness across the Site of Safety, Health and Environment matters
∎ Facilitate and run training program to support site SHE initiatives
∎ Lead the company in achievement of ISO 14001/ OHSAS 18001 certification process
∎ Support site to fulfill CARE requirements & its sustenance.
∎ Assist to ensure fire safety, risk management & emergency preparedness procedure in place & active.
∎ Assist to develop total awareness on Occupational Safety, Health & Environment as per Company guide lines as well as international standard
∎ Assist & support site Crisis Management team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working knowledge of The Workplace Safety and Health Act and related legislation.
∎ Technical training in the field of occupational safety and health or related area.
∎ Ability to maintain effective work relationships.
∎ Good organizational skills.
∎ Good oral and written communication skills.
∎ Knowledge of the interface between labour and management in the workplace
∎ Knowledge of project management, plant design and construction
∎ Planning and Organizing, Scheduling and coordinating, Checking, Examining and Recording
∎ Good working knowledge of relevant Tools and Technology
