∎ Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices.Ability to work at heights and perform manual labor.
∎ Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship.
∎ Positive "can-do" attitude, reliable, and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install, repair, and maintain roof tiles and roofing systems.
∎ Perform roof restoration services using high-quality materials and techniques.
∎ Conduct assessments to identify roofing issues and provide solutions.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
∎ Work closely with project managers and other tradespeople to achieve project goals.
∎ Carry out leak repairs and fix storm-damaged and leaking roofs.
∎ Perform general roof maintenance, including roof restorations, extensions, and re-roofs.
∎ Execute roof painting and washing tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
∎ Erect safety rails and work alongside roof plumbers for efficient project completion.
∎ Adhere to strict safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
∎ Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet client satisfaction.
