∎ B. Sc. in Electrical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage TowerCos and Banglalink stakeholders to negotiate, modify design and propose new solution considering the space constraint, equipment & manpower availability
∎ Supervise the team to prepare the baseline plan, define project scope
∎ Handle stakeholder's engagement & ensure project progress
∎ Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor & handle changes, conflicts & escalations
∎ Supervise Core Rollout team to prepare Core Rollout project plan with timeline to expand Core nodes considering equipment & resources availability
∎ Supervise the CS & PS Core Rollout team in preparation of monthly Rollout plan with inputs from Budget and Planning
∎ Advocate vendors to deploy new technology, solutions, and features.
∎ Manage and guide Vendors to resolve any types of critical issue Enhancement the Rollout and revenue growth
∎ Identify training requirements to develop vendor/Subcontractor Team
∎ Guide stakeholders for the yearly budget as per Business Plan during different Budget exercise

Additional Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. in Electrical Engineering Job Experience Required- Having 6-7 years' experience in relevant Field
∎ Required Capabilities- Thorough knowledge of Optical Fiber implementation project
∎ Advanced knowledge on CW BoQ preparation, Vendor selection/Evaluation
∎ Sound knowledge on Project Management
∎ Thorough knowledge on Risk management on Government related jobs
∎ Sound knowledge on budget and business operations
∎ Thorough knowledge of geography of Bangladesh
∎ Thorough knowledge on Company Policies, Procedures and Compliance
∎ Sound knowledge of different Operational Risk and Control areas
∎ Thorough understanding on preparing business cases and analysis on Return on Investment and NPV
