Job Context:
∎ Workplace: Project in Maska, Netrokona, Kandua.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor project activities and implement corrective measures accordingly.
∎ Review design.
∎ Monitoring project activities and making sure all measurements and locations of all construction strictly follow the drawing.
∎ Coordinate architectural, structural, electrical, fire safety and plumbing drawing with respective departments.
∎ Supervising installation, testing & commissioning of Electrical Distribution System, Sub-station, Generator, Fire Protection & Detection with Alarm System, Basement Ventilation System, Plumbing Works, CCTV, DATA & Telephone System.
∎ Prepare project work schedule, time plan.
∎ Schedule control and report the project work progress to Director/MD.
∎ Coordinating a detailed project plan to track progress and ensuring resource availability and allocation.
∎ Coordinate for timely completion and quality of construction works as per schedule.
∎ Update Priority Task List.
∎ Forecast challenges and risks involved with the project and ensure remedies accordingly.
∎ Civil & Structural Work Inspection.
∎ Quality control (check of strength of concrete, cement, re-bars, workmanship of finishing works like plaster, tiles, wood works, paints etc.)
∎ Email & Verbal communication in English Language in EXCELLENT manner with inter departments, stakeholders and project partners for the flawless execution of projects.
∎ Full time on site, monitoring the work progress and control the work schedule properly.
∎ Arrange & coordinate meetings on a regular basis with contractor, safety compliance consultant and the managers to report construction progress & overall project schedule and maintain the schedule in the head office 2 times per week.
∎ Generate creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project.
∎ Ensure Compliance of design with Company Standard.
∎ Assure quality and compliance as designed by the superior authority.
∎ Making sure the design and construction are in compliance with ACCORD, RSC, Nirapon, BSCI, BCI, Social, CT PAT & QMS, and etc.
∎ Ensure the construction project complies with all building codes (BNBC 2020)and any other legal or regulatory requirements.
