Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for receive and delivered all kind of RMA Product.
∎ After receiving the product inform/confirm the customer.
∎ Daily basic communication with the customer.
∎ Communicate with the customer by phone/by mail.
∎ Inform the customer regarding their product status.
∎ Handover the faulty product to Product In Out Maintain Section.
∎ Provide Report regularly to team leader.
∎ Any other task assigned by the team leader.
