Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Source rice from mills across Bangladesh, ensuring the best quality and price.
∎ Negotiate pricing on a daily basis to align with market fluctuations.
∎ Conduct quality checks during the sourcing process to meet our standards.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with rice millers and suppliers.
∎ Visit rice mills regularly to onboard new suppliers and ensure smooth procurement operations.
∎ Coordinate with the supply chain and category teams to ensure timely procurement and availability of rice.
∎ Source rice from mills across Bangladesh, ensuring the best quality and price.
