Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise daily operations across multiple retail locations to ensure efficiency and consistency.
∎ Monitor adherence to retail SOPs and implement corrective actions as needed.
∎ Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
∎ Design and deliver effective sales training programs to enhance team performance.
∎ Provide ongoing coaching to improve staff product knowledge and customer engagement skills.
∎ Develop performance improvement plans and lead workshops to address sales challenges.
∎ Regularly review and update retail SOPs to reflect best practices and operational changes.
∎ Train staff on SOP adherence and ensure consistent implementation across all locations.
∎ Analyze operational workflows and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
∎ Ensure stores deliver exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high service standards.
∎ Address escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
∎ Train staff on customer interaction techniques to build loyalty and satisfaction.
∎ Oversee inventory management processes, including stock replenishment and accuracy.
∎ Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines to maintain a cohesive brand image.
∎ Conduct periodic inventory audits to minimize discrepancies and shrinkage.
∎ Collaborate with store managers to develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
∎ Analyze sales reports and identify trends or areas for improvement.
∎ Suggest and execute promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
∎ Prepare and present performance reports, including sales, inventory, and SOP compliance metrics.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact between retail locations and corporate offices.
∎ High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred).
∎ 3-5+ years of experience in retail management or operations.
∎ Proven experience in sales training and SOP implementation.
∎ Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
∎ Proficient in using POS systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ In-depth knowledge of retail SOPs and their practical application.
∎ Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and operational data.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
