Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Browse newspaper, e-GP and others website for upcoming and potential tender.
∎ Excellent knowledge in Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Internet, e-GP, E-mail, Scanning etc.)
∎ Preparation & Submission of all type of Local, International & e-GP Tender.
∎ Preparation all type of RFQ/RFP/Offer/Quotation/EOI/Enlistment.
∎ Liaison with engineering team for pricing of BOQ/RFQ/RFP/Offer/Quotation.
∎ Purchase, download & prepare checklist of tenders (Manual, e-GP & e-Tender).
∎ Follow up/ Maintain data on upcoming & submitted Tenders.
∎ Prepare any kind of Deed of Agreement relating Tender & others.
∎ Prepare & keep records of BG/PG/APG/PO/Retention Money/Security Money relating Tender & Bank.
∎ Issue letter for refund & submission of BG/PG/APG/PO/Retention Money/Security Money relating Tender & Bank.
∎ Daily check all e-GP account & E-mail correspondence with clients & other sources.
∎ Follow up the project until receiving the cheque after acceptance of NOA.
∎ Write any letter in English & Bangla.
∎ Good typing speed of Bangla & English.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years experience in tender/e-GP work. Candidates without specific experience need not apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure and long hours
∎ Computer skills
∎ Frequent travel within Dhaka
∎ Must be a good team player
∎ Excellent communication skill in both English & Bengali
Compensation & Other Benefits:
