Experience:

• At least 10 years

• Master of Business Studies (MBS)

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) Government and Government recognized institution, with completion of one-year internship.·        

• MPH (Master of Public Health) or equivalent degree will be preferred.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre

• Age 35 to 50 years
• Only Male

•          Proficient in taking patient history, conducting physical examinations, and providing primary treatment.

•          Ability to respond quickly and appropriately in medical emergencies such as heart attacks, respiratory distress, and unconsciousness.

•          Habit of strictly adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and treatment protocols.

•          Willingness and physical capability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

•          Skilled in working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team with a compassionate attitude.

•          Ability to maintain good relationships with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

•          Diligent and accurate in medical documentation and reporting.

•          Candidate must be willing to reside within the hospital premises or nearby areas.

1.    Responsible for maintaining communication and constant coordination with the Consultants for close monitoring, supervision, as per guidance from senior Management.

2.    Regular/Periodical professional development training for both male and female Nurse, Attendants, and other support staff working in the OPD, IPD, Wards, OT, and other relevant areas of the organization. 

3.    Ensure that the duty roster of the doctors, nurse, and other medical staffs are being prepared well in time. Ensure timely attendance of all the medical professionals & staffs and duty is being performed in accordance with the submitted roster.

4.    Responsible for optimum utilization of medical equipment, machineries, apparatus etc. and forward requisition for new equipment, accessories and associated reagents.

5.    Inspect and ensure the operational fitness and readiness of OT, Lab, including the electro-medical equipment. Supervise the proper cleanliness in specific areas such as OT, Lab, IPD and effective functioning of waste disposal system.

6.    Monitor patient management at Emergency Wing, OPD, IPD, and provide necessary guidance to the Medical Officers. Supervise priority of patient care and treatment process both at Indoor & Outdoor maintaining the standard healthcare service protocol.

7.    Ensure the initial treatment management of critical patients, if necessary refer the patient well in time with necessary support to a reputed healthcare service providing Hospital in consultation with the treating Consultant.

8.    Develop and implement the strategies to ensure that medical staffs comply with COC`s (Continuity of Care) assurance guidelines, monitor service quality, and investigate complaints (if any) instantly to continue the appropriate treatment.

9.    Provide guidance to the Pharmacy In-Charge to assess the quantity and types of medicines, drugs, and medicinal substances, and follow up the procurement process for making those required medicines available in the Pharmacy.

10.  Conduct clinical meeting with the Medical Officers, Nurse, and other associated medical staffs at regular interval to ensure smooth quality treatment delivery and recommend the options for reasonable solution of any ongoing difficulties.

11.  Assist the management for expansion of healthcare facilities, along with the required medical staffs to promote quality treatment and associated service delivery. Cooperate the management to take appropriate actions for enforcement of regulatory compliances.

12.  Placement of required number of OPD Consultant in each department, and ensure their regular attendance as per the schedule of consultation and IPD patient visit.

13.  Provide assistance to the senior management in reviewing and developing the existing policy and formulating any new policy related to medical matters.

14.  Organize training and capacity-building activities to enhance the skills of hospital staff.

15.   Monitor and supervise staff activities and provide workplace support.

16.   Any other jobs assigned by the senior management and the Board of Directors.
