Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Evaluate and counsel patients seeking medical treatment abroad, explaining medical procedures, and addressing concerns.
∎ Provide comprehensive guidance on available medical treatments, facilities, and consultants in the treatment destination country, ensuring patient understanding and informed decision-making.
∎ Collaborate with administrative staff to coordinate patient care, appointments, and travel arrangements.
∎ Assist in medical case management, including pre and post-operative care, follow-up and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
∎ Attend Tele-medicine session (virtual consultation with international doctors to assist patients. Draft Tele-medicine session summary and prescription and record the diagnostic tests and medicines prescribed.
∎ Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, medical histories, and treatment plans.
∎ Prepare presentation for weekly knowledge sharing sessions on different health topics for team.
∎ Conduct online & offline training sessions and regular support to Regional Offices as per requirement of the team.
