∎ Strong understanding of online learning platforms and technologies, including Facebook Live.
∎ Experience in designing and implementing interactive games and activities.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Tailor content to be engaging and informative for a Facebook and YouTube Live audience.
∎ Conduct research on relevant topics for your assigned audience based on our curriculum and educational goals.
∎ Integrate CELTA teaching methodologies and principles into your designs.
∎ Craft captivating scripts for Facebook Live classes, keeping in mind audience engagement and interaction.
∎ Ensure scripts are clear, concise, and adhere to CELTA principles.
∎ Develop interactive games and activities to enhance student engagement and learning during the Facebook Live sessions.
∎ Balance the educational value with the fun and competitive nature of gamification.
∎ Analyze student feedback and data to assess the effectiveness of your designed classes.
∎ Recommend improvements to content, scripts, games, and delivery methods based on your analysis.

∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Research Associate to join our team and play a vital role in growing our online presence on Facebook and YouTube. As a key member of our teaching team, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective content or material for Facebook Live sessions, and YouTube videos following the CELTA framework. You are only required to prepare the content and material and delegate it to the concerned person. Although experience in presentation in front of the camera will be a plus.
