∎ 2- 5+ years of professional experience in rendering for commercial, architectural, or product visualization projects.
∎ Proficiency in one or more rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, Redshift)
∎ Hands-on experience with 3D software (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender, Maya).
∎ Strong understanding of lighting, shading, PBR materials, and post-production principles.
∎ Experience with multi-pass rendering, and efficient render setups.
∎ Attention to detail and a passion for image quality and realism.
∎ Ability to receive and apply feedback constructively and work independently.
∎ Nice-to-Have Skills
∎ Familiarity with real-time engines like Unreal or Unity.
∎ Knowledge of compositing tools (Photoshop, After Effects, Houdini etc.).
∎ Experience with render farms or cloud-based rendering systems.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Transform 3D assets into high-quality still images and animations using state-of-the-art rendering engines.
∎ Work closely with the modeling, lighting, and post-production teams to ensure a unified visual style.
∎ Manage and optimize scenes for clean, efficient rendering without compromising quality.
∎ Ensure outputs meet client expectations, project timelines, and internal quality benchmarks.
∎ Collaborate with project managers on delivery timelines and asset feedback.
∎ Contribute to developing and refining rendering workflows and tools.

∎ Role Overview
∎ As a Render Artist, you will be responsible for producing polished, high-quality visuals based on 3D models provided by our modelling team or external clients. You should have a strong eye for lighting, materials, realism, and composition, and be confident working within modern rendering workflows and pipelines.
