Job Context:
∎ A USA based telephone service company is seeking for Telemarketing Representative/ Cold Caller who is very fluent in English & available to work from home in the night shift.
∎ Shift: Night
∎ Time: 10 PM-6AM (EST time:11am-7pm)
∎ Vacancy: 05 (Both Male & Female)
∎ Job Location: Home Based
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates have to make outbound calls to US/ CANADA/ AUSTRALIA to sell our product or services.
∎ Candidate must have PC with headphones and a good cable internet connection with at least 8 Mbps bandwidth
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Skills Required: Cold Calling, Telemarketing, Call Center, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Fluent in speaking English, Sales Marketing, and Telecommunication Service, MS Word, MS Excel, CRM.
∎ Must have Skype ID
∎ Must have Strategic marketing & sales knowledge
∎ Remember! You have to keep talking for 6-8 hours in English.

Salary:
∎ Salary range: 12000-25000 Monthly (+ Performance Bonus) (Salary negotiable based on English speaking skills and Experience.)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Profit share, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
