Responsibilities & Context:
• Evaluate patients` conditions and develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans.
• Implement patient therapy interventions, assess outcomes, and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about the treatment plans and preventive measures.
• Maintain patient records, documenting therapy sessions and progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Stay current with advancements in the field and incorporate evidence-based practices into treatment plans.
