∎ Reports To : Consultant & Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for supervising overall departmental work:
∎ Individually responsible for Interpretation and finalizing the lab reports (IP, OP and MHC)
∎ Design quality control program for each instrument and parameter according to SPC rules (westgard rules) and analytical goal.
∎ To check the CRITICAL VALUE LOG book and other registers to see that they are maintained properly.
∎ Interpretation of daily Q.C results whether all instruments are functioning properly.
∎ Development of new methodology or new parameter.
∎ Responsible for quality control and proficiency testing for POINT of CARE TESTING (POCT) with in the Hospital.
∎ Forwarding and approving indent for reagents and stationary.
∎ To provide multi and super-specialty Medical care under one roof by adopting holistic approach.
∎ To provide healthcare based on sate-of-art technology and expertise at optimum cost ensuring Value for Money.
∎ To provide a delightful ambience by integrated teamwork and effective quality system with monitoring and feedback.
∎ To carryout continuous up gradation of technology and human resources development activities in congenial and safe environment.
∎ To be an environment friendly, socially conscious organization.
∎ To contact respective physician in case of interpreting any abnormal test report.
∎ Conduct training session for lab personnel, nurses and junior doctors.
∎ Regularly attend CME (Continuous Medical Education) and other training programs.
∎ He / She should be part of the quality improvement of JCI documentation process of the hospital.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Shows respect and behave in accordance with Good Medical Practice
∎ Works flexibly and deals with tasks effectively and efficiently
∎ Remains calm in stressful or high pressure situations and adopts a timely, rational approach
∎ Maintains good inter personal relationship with his colleagues and juniors.
