Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and monitor a regional team
∎ Ensure proper customer listing and build up systematic channel for maximum customer satisfaction
∎ Develop field force for effective work through on job training
∎ Prepare action plan to achieve the target
∎ Monitor field force for ensuring their result-oriented work.
∎ Analyze the data for identifying gap or developing area for growth of sales and revenue.
∎ Communicate with management time to time to make aware about the market situation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer skill
∎ Leadership and Good Communication skill.
∎ Self motivated
∎ Strong analytical ability and work as a strategic thinker
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented

Salary:
