Educational Requirements:
∎ Experience:
∎ 7-10 years in related fields.
∎ Education:
∎ Postgraduate, MBA or Graduate from a reputed institute
∎ Competencies:
∎ Self initiated learning orientation.
∎ High degree of personal initiative and achievement motivation, setting personal standards of excellence.
∎ Ability to listen, understand and respond appropriately when interacting with individuals groups.
∎ Strong leadership qualities and ability to coach others at various levels of the organization.
∎ Communication skills and proven time management aptitude is essential.
∎ Ability to maintain attention and complete assignments in time despite frequent stressful, emergency critical or unusual interruption.
∎ Other Requirements:
∎ Technical knowledge: Relevant Computer Applications.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales, distribution, and revenue targets for the region by implementing effective sales strategies and monitoring performance
∎ Plan and implement activities and events for the region with central teams to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
∎ Conduct business sessions with channel partners, distributors, and key stakeholders to build relationships and identify opportunities for growth
∎ Align regional sales team with distribution strategy and guidelines by providing clear direction and feedback
∎ Make business plans for distributors with owners and managers to set goals, allocate resources and evaluate results
∎ Communicate with cross-functional/departmental teams for functional support in areas such as marketing, logistics, finance, and customer service
∎ Prepare, monitor, and follow up distributor KPIs with team members to ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency
∎ Plan training and development needs for RST members with CBH and HRBP to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance
∎ Motivate territory teams through coaching, market visits, team meetings, etc. to foster a positive work environment and a high-performance culture
∎ Update, monitor and follow up individual dashboard or KPI of regional team members and provide feedback to recognize achievements and address gaps
∎ Identify and facilitate training and development needs of regional team members based on their performance, potential and career aspirations
∎ Ensure proper information flow throughout the chain by sharing relevant updates, reports, and feedback with all stakeholders
∎ Changeover distributors as needed based on market conditions, performance issues or contractual obligations
∎ Suggest and execute market development activities with HO team to explore new markets, segments, and customers
∎ Ensure right market service execution as per business need to optimize coverage, penetration, and to maintain a healthy ROI for distributors
