∎ B.Sc. Engineering in Electrical or Electronics or Telecommunication

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and manage corrective maintenance measures required in the case of BSS, Transmission and Power related malfunctioning or fault alarms/ notifications
∎ Ensure all fault alarms/ notifications related to BSS, transmission and Power are identified correctly and quickly
∎ Make sure the team after identification of fault or malfunction is able to undertake corrective measures to resolve the problems as per the SLAs and proper coordination is maintained with all relevant departments
∎ Ensure the FLM vendor doing assigned works as per agreement scope and follow Banglalink standard
∎ Close monitoring on assigned sites assets and vendor supplied consumable materials quality
∎ Analyze and propose BSS management to identify and include requirement of cost for site maintenance during the budget exercise of Banglalink for effective operations and maintenance of BSS
∎ Analyze the WOs received from Access, Transport Network and determine the requirements for execution
∎ Receive work order from BSS Planning and Optimization
∎ Conduct preventive maintenance of critical sites(BSC, TX node and BB) in every six months and in-house macro BTS sites in a year
∎ Ensure staff is equipped with the requisite knowledge

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6-7 years relevant experience in Telecom industry and 2-3 years in Managerial role
∎ Thorough understanding of GSM, 3G networks management
∎ Thorough knowledge of Standard Operational Procedure, Maintenance cycles and Procedures
∎ Sound knowledge on BSS, Transmission & Power operations and maintenance
∎ Sound understanding of Site quality and standards
