Educational Requirements:

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the WOs received from Access, Transport Network and determine the requirements for execution; Follow up the coordination with other technology departments to ensure availability of necessary resources.
∎ Monitor the vendors for the necessary execution of trouble tickets, measure vendor performance, and ensure necessary training.
∎ Take part in the execution of trouble tickets, support field Engineers in case of relevant troubleshooting, and analyze the alarm to find out the root cause to minimize network fault.
∎ Ensure all fault alarms/ notifications related to BSS, transmission and Power are identified correctly and quickly;
∎ Make sure the team after identification of fault or malfunction is able to undertake corrective measures to resolve the problems as per the SLAs and proper coordination is maintained with all relevant departments
∎ Plan for extensive audits over FLM activities, make arrangement to protect our assets in field and follow up FLM troubleshooting to sustain the network availability and KPIs.
∎ Ensure execution of work order received from BSS Planning and Optimization;
∎ Provide support for configuration of IDU,BTS from the terminal and consequent troubleshooting;
∎ Check spare hardware availability of different vendors' BTS, MW and power equipment ;
∎ Ensure staff is equipped with the requisite knowledge;
∎ Identify training requirements to develop subordinates;
∎ Provide guidance to employees for their development and career planning; Lead and coach staff
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-6 years' of relevant experience in Telecom Industry
∎ Required Capabilities
∎ Strong knowledge and understanding of BSS Field Operation and Maintenance
∎ Strong knowledge of Power Operation and Maintenance
∎ Sound knowledge on BSS, Transmission, Datacom & Power operations and maintenance
∎ Basic knowledge & understanding of GSM architecture
∎ Basic knowledge of UMTS architecture
∎ Good technical skill on FLM operation and site audit
∎ Preferred Industry/Company
