Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master Degree in any discipline from any reputed university preferably in Science background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development of an entry level sales team who are highly skilled, knowledgeable and visionary about career progression in a sales & marketing team.
∎ Management of team discipline at highest possible level to ensure quality promotion of products to HCPs.
∎ Development of relationship with potential HCPs of assigned area.
∎ Implementation of top management decision and promotional guideline in the field.
∎ Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the availability of products across the region
∎ To achieve sales target of region by ensuring achievement of individual team member.
∎ Preparing Regional Sales Budget and distribute among sales team with the fair judgment and offers all-out efforts to achieve it.
∎ To ensure proper utilization of resources by individual team member.
∎ To apprise team members perfectly and to award them with fair adjustment.
∎ Provide required training to ANO/Sr. ANOs, so that they can efficiently and effectively share sufficient medical and technical knowledge of the products.
∎ Assist in recruiting, setting objectives, coaching, performance monitoring of your team members in assigned region
∎ Responsibility for developing new business opportunities with prospective clients and existing Business in the region
∎ Taking initiative to establish short and long-term sales goals of the company and, in collaboration with other departments, sets sales, profit, growth, market share and other goals.
∎ Should have analytical skills & "Can Do" attitude and positive frame of mind for executing sales strategy;
∎ Have ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 43 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in sales & marketing of Pharmaceutical Products & Nutrition base Products
∎ At least 2+ years experience in similar job role.
∎ Good communication skills in both Bangla & English.
∎ Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
Salary: Negotiable
