∎ Position Summary:
∎ We are looking for a passionate Regional Marketing Officer to plan and oversee the organization`s marketing activities and campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.
∎ A successful Regional Marketing Officer must have great enthusiasm for all things marketing and great knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator and will have experience in managing different marketing ventures.
∎ The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to its business.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends.
∎ Initiate and control surveys to assess Clients requirements and dedication.
∎ Developing marketing strategies and tactics to boost the company's reputation.
∎ Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
∎ Managing and interpreting Clients requirements
∎ Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.
∎ Evaluating competitors.
∎ Meeting regular sales targets.
∎ Responsible for the marketing of Manpower.
∎ Payment collection.
∎ Expansion of the business in the new areas.
∎ Development of new trades other that the present trades.
∎ Managing all jobs required for the smooth functioning of the department.
∎ Negotiating with the client for better rates & finalization of rates.
∎ Tele marketing to get the requirements.
∎ Recording and maintaining client contact data
∎ Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives.
∎ Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
∎ Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

∎ Regional Marketing Officer Requirements and Qualifications
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize
∎ Energetic and eager to tackle issues, problems and ideas
∎ Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role, manages team members, leads assistant meetings, and supervises when needed
∎ Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role
∎ Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
∎ Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
∎ Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
∎ Creativity and commercial awareness
∎ A team player with a customer-oriented approach
∎ Prerequisite:
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
