Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum H.S.C Pass

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain receipts, records and withdrawals of the stockroom.
∎ Issuing and receiving stores to and from Direct Labor, Contractors dealers, retailers and Distributors.
∎ Checking and unloading deliveries safely in the correct areas.
∎ Putting stock away in accordance with the Company's Quality procedures
∎ Receiving pumps deliveries in a safe and controlled manner
∎ Performing 'cyclic counts' and routine stock checks pumps as required
∎ Serving credit and cash customers
∎ Assisting with input onto the stores computer and occasionally placing purchase orders on the instruction of the store's Manager or in his absence.
∎ Maintaining the outside area of the stores and yard in a safe clean and tidy condition
∎ A shared responsibility as part of the stores team to respond to emergency assistance for the issuing of fittings out of hours.
∎ Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
∎ Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
∎ Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment and necessary minor repairs.
∎ Assisting with the organization of the main store and off-site locations or from time to time temporary stores facilities within the company are.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of proper book keeping and inventory management
∎ Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
∎ Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
∎ Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
∎ Skills to operate common office equipment
∎ General knowledge of pump and associated pumping equipment
∎ Pro-active approach to work
∎ Prerequisite:
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
∎ Ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
∎ Have a good eye for detail.
∎ Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills.
∎ Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
∎ Must have basic computer skills for the day to day operation.
∎ Good judgment and decision-making skills.
