Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Engineer in EEE/ CSE/ ETE/ ECE/ Applied Physics & Electronic Engineering or related field from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 9 to 18 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the right time execution for the functional instructions to maintain network KPI/technical target.
∎ Plan and ensure intra-department coordination, oversee analysis and review of the action in the set timeline.
∎ Manage day-to-day operation of Active and Passive equipment corrective and preventive maintenance within agreed SLA and KPI.
∎ Manage any types of data and keep documentation with analysis
∎ To support operational activities under various projects in the region.
∎ To manage the documentation process of various activities and equipment
∎ OPEX and budget control.
∎ Efficient and quality work delivery.
∎ Ensuring 24X7 support service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Should have sound knowledge of Excel.
∎ Coordinate in OPEX & CAPEX utilization.
∎ Spontaneous & strong leadership and teamwork
∎ Good report writing, presentation skills, and communication skills.
∎ Stress Management capability.
∎ Strong personality, Hardworking, Smart & Honest.
∎ At least 9-18 year experience (as per position) in the Telecom Active and passive field,
∎ Minimum experience in managing 1500/2000 + sites,
∎ Strong knowledge of KPI/ SLA/ MTTR, LD Calculation,
∎ Team handling capability.
