Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Visitor management, security & security guard management
∎ • Document sending & receiving management
∎ • Overseas courier-DHL,OCS,UPS,Fedex,T&T receiving & sending management
∎ • Daily check & maintain staff
∎ • Guest welcome,phone call management, interview call, reception area check
∎ • All kinds of official bill & documents receive & hand over to concern person
∎ • Staff duty schedule & route management,Meeting room reservation
∎ • Serving visitors/guests by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them properly.
∎ • Maintaining movement and delivery register. Develop and retain company image through effective execution of Front Desk activities.
∎ • Keep reception area is tidy.
∎ • Any other job assigns by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years

∎ The Candidate should be smart, well conversant and must have knowledge about administrative works, handling of PABX operations, e-mailing, internet browsing, good typing speed Bengali & English both.
