Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Tender Analysis: Review and analyze project requirements, specifications, and drawings to understand the scope of work and project deliverables.
∎ Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Preparation: Prepare a detailed BOQ that lists all the materials, quantities, and specifications required for the project. This document serves as the basis for pricing and cost estimation.
∎ Cost Estimation: Calculate the cost of materials, labor, equipment, and other resources based on the BOQ and project specifications. Consider market rates, supplier quotations, and historical data to derive accurate cost estimates.
∎ Subcontractor and Supplier Inquiries: Send out inquiries to subcontractors and suppliers, requesting their quotations for the materials and services required for the project. Ensure that all inquiries are clear and comprehensive to receive accurate and comparable responses.
∎ Tender Document Compilation: Compile all the necessary documents for the tender package, including the BOQ, specifications, drawings, tender forms, and any additional contractual documents. Ensure that the documents are complete, accurate, and well-organized.
∎ Pre-Tender Meetings: Attend pre-tender meetings to clarify project requirements, answer questions, and provide additional information as needed. Document any clarifications or amendments discussed during these meetings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following project(s) - Matarbari Port Access Road, Dhaka Metro Rail Line 6, Hazrat Shahjalal Airport Extension Project, and Kornofhuli Tunnel Project.
∎ Additional Requirements - Good knowledge of the market rate, Resources of vendor, Good communication skills with foreigners
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Profit share, Provident fund, Gratuity
∎ Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ The 1st & 3rd Saturdays are holidays along with all Fridays.
