∎ Bachelor of Civil Engineering from any Public University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
∎ Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
∎ Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
∎ Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
∎ Prepare the progress report on work improvements and new strategies.
∎ Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
∎ Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
∎ Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
∎ Sound knowledge in Auto CAD, MS Excel & others operating systems
∎ Supervision to various sites as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should be well disciplined, energetic and capable to work under pressure with positive approach
