Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Checking raw materials, production machinery, and employees to ensure quality and smooth production,
∎ Writing and reviewing testing plans, performing stress tests, and investigating defects Creating reports on product quality, errors, and issues,
∎ Reporting defects to relevant departments, communicating with other departments, and communicating with quality control , Suggesting improvements to processes and infrastructure, and developing new standards
∎ Assessing training needs for employees and providing training
∎ Developing plans to manage waste, and maintaining complaint and nonconformance processing Meeting
∎ Meeting project deadlines and ensuring products meet customer expectations
