Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct in-process (on-line) & Final inspection, pre-shipment and loading inspection
∎ Prepare and Issue Inspection Report precisely based on Inspection findings within 24hours after Inspection
∎ Inform POM or QE of any Specific Issues, Problems, Comments, Findings during Inspection Processing and make a Record into Inspection Report if necessary
∎ Explain the Inspection Result and Comments to Vendor/Factory Representative after Inspection
∎ Communicate technical parameters with factory
∎ Evaluate samples from factory
∎ Report sample findings with BU
∎ Interpret sample comments and recommend solutions to factory
∎ Coordinate with factories rework and re-inspection of rejected order
∎ Conduct Onsite Assessment of Production and Material Status to support merchandiser in making Necessary Adjustments and Arrangements to guarantee Shipments on time
∎ Identify problems in early stage of the production process and provide solutions
∎ Conduct with vendor/factory for the claims and provide Technical Assistance to the Vendor/Factory on Continuous Improvement of Quality Control Capability
∎ Implement QMS and Work with Vendor/Factory to determine Root Cause and implement Corrective Actions of BU Claim if required
∎ Visit & travel to the vendors/factories based on the company inspection schedule
∎ Arrange the Travel Route and Transportation properly to save the Travel Cost and other task assigned by superior
∎ University Degree or above on Textile engineering or Garment and related categories on business
∎ Minimum 5 years Experience working for an international buyer
∎ Experience on CAD
∎ Fluent in English both oral & writing
∎ Expert in Excel
∎ Ability to work independently as well as in a Team/ self-starter
∎ Customer service minded
∎ Result/deadline oriented
∎ Quick learner and passionate
∎ Able to handle multiple tasks
∎ Risk assessment knowledge and practiced experience.
∎ Job Objective:
∎ Reporting to the Quality Head, you will be responsible for implementing QC and sample evaluation activities. You will also be responsible for providing related supports to other departments.
