∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Context:
∎ Has to be the custodian of Quality for all manufacturing processat all stages.
∎ Should have a keen eye on " Problem diagnosis " , Trouble shooting and guide the production team
∎ in case of " Line stoppage, Crisis or Emergency ".
∎ In order to achieve the above requirements, He/She needs to carryout the following activities :
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and Conduct the Quality Inspection of all components so that all items to be checked within the scheduled time.
∎ Maintain & Control the stocks of both domestic & Imported chemicals as per the production norms
∎ Conduct EJO validation for design / Process / source change to ensure that QAD procedures are maintained as per TVS Standard.
∎ Ensure that all produced components are completed the quality checking within the scheduled time.
∎ Control of non conforming products and prepare a list of defect components and send to the concerned departments with necessary observations.
∎ Make sure that only QC Passed Certified components are delivered to the Assembly Department.
∎ Coordinate with the assembling team to reduce the production fault ratio as find out by the QC team.
∎ Identity Recommend and implement the changes to improve productivity and reduces & reworks.
∎ Prepare and submit the quality reports and submit to the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Knowledge on Quality control & Quality Assurance system - SPC, DFMEA, PFMEA
∎ Knowledge on QC story , 7 QC tools
∎ Knowledge on FARO, CMM Inspections
