• Review and assess edited images: Analyze edited images for errors (color, resolution, noise) and ensure compliance with specifications and style guides.

• Evaluate order accuracy: Check service and image alignment with guidelines, creating reports for any discrepancies.

• Identify and report discrepancies: Communicate quality concerns to editors, maintaining detailed records of issues and resolutions.

• Identify Improvement Area: Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with vendors to prevent future errors.

• Maintain quality standards: Actively contribute to establishing and maintaining company image quality standards. Propose enhancements to the quality control process.

• Stay updated: Keep abreast of editing trends, techniques, and software updates through self-directed learning.

• Reporting and analytics: Analyze quality checking data, create reports, and recommend process improvements for enhanced efficiency and image quality.

• Maintain documentation: Update and maintain documentation, databases, and reports related to quality checking procedures.
