Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing Project Quality Plan.
∎ Responsible for implementation of QMS requirement and ensure compliance
∎ Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manuals and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
∎ Support Project Manager on day to day QA/QC matters.
∎ Manage the submission of QA/QC documentation for client's approval
∎ Maintain QA/QC records and ensure all project documentation are kept incompliance with the QMS
∎ Develop forms/checklists/flowcharts for QA/QC activities
∎ shall develop a method statement for the particular work on the site.
∎ Plan and organize mock-ups and trade demonstration to ensure compliance to approved method statement and inspection test plan
∎ Manage test schedule for RE/RTO witnessing and ensure compliance to project test requirements
∎ Conduct inspections to in-progress / completed works and ensure Works are in accordance to project specification and approved construction drawings
∎ Raise report of any non-conformances and carry out root cause analysis and taking corrective measures.
∎ Attend regular meetings with clients, architects and consultants and update all parties on project progress.
∎ Participating in regular meeting to identify problems, target dates, issues, delays execution of work to ensure timely project completion.
∎ Organize pipeline activities of foundation supports and welding works.
∎ Organize above/underground pipeline/ piping site activities including painting, wrapping, coating, fabrication, welding and erection.
∎ Prepare and conduct pipeline/ piping hydro testing works as per QC requirements.
∎ Prepare final QA/QC dossier to submit to the client.
∎ Handover completed project with desired quality
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 6-10 years work experience as a QA/QC Engineer in a similar working environment.
∎ At least 6 years of experience for Degree holder and 10 years for Diploma holder in quality/NDT management in construction of cross country pipeline, Tank project, plant project including station piping for the same.
∎ Must have excellent communication skills on all fronts.
∎ Must be able and willing to coordinate the activities of other workers in safety-related matters.
∎ Must have good interpersonal skills.
∎ Must be proactive and diligent in carrying out duties.
∎ Possession of excellent leadership skills is a must.
