Job Responsibilities:
∎ Controlling and managing company's suppliers focusing on the materials for production
∎ Working with multiple vendors and ensure best price along with quality
∎ Managing a team and ensuring all purchase activities
∎ Coordinating, supervising, evaluating, and planning for all purchase after consulting
∎ Ensuring raw materials and parts at the most competitive price and on time delivery
∎ Identifying new suppliers, developing vendor, agreeing terms, and negotiating supply agreements
∎ Establishing strategic relationships with key suppliers
∎ Assessing performance of the vendors based on various criteria
∎ Continually improving purchasing methods
∎ Fostering close working relationships with other departments
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in Footwear sector
∎ Very good communication skills and negotiation skills
∎ Analytical, target oriented, and self-motivated
∎ Ability to work under huge pressure, handle difficult situation, and meet meet deadline
