Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure uninterrupted & timely supply of materials to meet concern Projects/units/department requirements
∎ Ensure best quality of materials with economical rates within the budget.
∎ Ensure quality/standards of all raw materials as per specifications.
∎ Identify suitable suppliers and negotiate for the best value without compromising the quality & specifications.
∎ Develop alternative sources of supply & smart supplier's database.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly procurement action Plan and function wise yearly procurement budget.
∎ Enlist potential & reliable vendors and ensure that procurement of materials are in conformity with material requisition/indent as well as procurement policies & guidelines.
∎ Plan, organize & control the purchase activities of the local & the foreign sources in order to achieve the set target within competitive price margin.
∎ Introduce supplier assessment techniques. Select, Evaluate & prepare the supplier list and take approval from management.
∎ Maintaining cordial working relationships with vendors and supervising vendor activities
∎ Using quarterly and annual data to determine purchasing needs and performing inventory management
∎ Conducting ongoing market research to identify beneficial purchase agreements and potential vendors
∎ Attend meetings with the engineering team, vendors and suppliers.
∎ Monitor and update relevant departments regarding price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 5 to 8 Years working experience in related job in RMG sector.

Salary: Negotiable
