Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making purchase planning within Budget.
∎ Sourcing potential vendors as per company policy.
∎ Collect quotation from different vendors.
∎ Negotiating contract terms of agreements and Pricing.
∎ Purchase order create and approval before lead time.
∎ Ensure bill, Challan as per P/O.
∎ Issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
∎ Ensuring total payment bill for vendors, submit party payment.
∎ Follow up with accounts for party payment.
∎ Inventory checking and auditing of store.
∎ Monitor stock level and reorders point.
∎ Return the rejected product to the supplier and collect right product within lead time.
∎ Meeting with cohesive department and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Ensuring monthly report and Daily work report, pipe line materials report.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
