Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage vessel’s spares /stores requisition in every step for quotation, comparison, and PO issues.
∎ Confirm final bill submission after forwarding the items and connecting to the vessel location.
∎ Attend vessel, supplier, agent, and forwarder for various queries, clarification, and receiving confirmation.
∎ Monitor and ensure SAP entry of every spares, stores or supply items.
∎ Arrange gas, chemicals, paints, etc. for each vessel during the dry docking period and project-related events or for regular consumption.
∎ Ensure sludge and garbage disposal formalities and arrangements.
∎ Manage monthly consumption report of vessels and update in SAP.
∎ Arrange fleet agreement with Chemical/Gas/Paint/ Genuine makers under the guidance of TM/TS for worldwide supply facility with discounted rate, review the agreements and renew in time.
∎ Ensure vessel logistic support are maintained in timely manner to meet vessel requirements as well as reduce transportation/shipment cost.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 29 years
∎ Practical experience in Microsoft word, excel and email correspondence.
∎ Sound written and verbal communication skill in English and Bengali.
∎ Interpersonal skill.
