Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree with 4/3 years' honors in any discipline.
∎ The applicants should have at least 2-3 years' experience in the University Education System with the Administration and Management.
∎ The incumbent should have fluent communication and writing skill in English and excellent IT Knowledge including PPT presentation of meetings.
∎ Excellent communication, collaborative, and interpersonal soft skills.
∎ Must have experience working directly with top management and dealing with government offices.
∎ Must be experienced in reporting through email using Bangla and English.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, whatsoever and perform any other jobs assigned by the university authority.
∎ Liaison with all Government offices, UGC, Ministry of Education, Bangladesh Secretariat, Foreign Embassies, local different authorities, etc.
∎ Visit and communicate with industrial organisations for collaborations and partnership.
∎ Coordination and communication with foreign donor agencies for research grants and facilities to students and faculty members.
∎ Keep updated with all official documents and paper works in the office of the VC and Registrar.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Exceptionally qualified/experienced candidates will get preference.
