Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ MBBS degree from a reputed medical institution.
∎ License to practice medicine, and a willingness to obtain additional state medical licenses.
∎ Candidates with MPH will be given priority.
∎ Exceptional communication skills.
∎ Detail-oriented.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Community Development, NGO ( Health), public health
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hospital, NGO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise paramedics who will be working at the communities.
∎ Develop primary level service dissemination guideline for field staff.
∎ Share project updates and patient records with program.
∎ Formulate suitable treatment plan for Paramedics.
∎ Ensure quality service quality at field level.
∎ Assist team in designing, planning and developing documentation as per program need.
∎ Contribute in overall execution of the health intervention designed by the program.
∎ Submit monthly reports to the reporting authority.
∎ Ability to create reintegration plans informed by public health best practices.
∎ Interprets and applies national and local public health laws and regulations
∎ Operational management of activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 65000 (Monthly)
